1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and uudd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://uudd.bio. By accessing, registering, or using any part of the uudd platform — including the casino, sports betting, live games, and any associated promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the uudd platform immediately. uudd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification. Your continued use of uudd after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative reference. uudd operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum age to use uudd is 18 years. Players who are prohibited from accessing online gaming services under the laws of their jurisdiction are responsible for ensuring they do not access the platform.

These Terms should be read alongside uudd's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and uudd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and withdrawal services on uudd, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals aged 18 and above who are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a uudd account if and only if you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are 18 years of age or older;
• You are registering as an individual and for personal use only — corporate or syndicate registrations are not permitted;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended uudd account;
• You are accessing the platform willingly and for entertainment purposes;

2.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide complete and accurate information during registration and to keep that information current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration or verification process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player may hold exactly one active uudd account at any time. uudd uses device fingerprinting, mobile number verification, and payment method matching to detect duplicate accounts. If a duplicate account is discovered — whether registered intentionally or inadvertently — uudd reserves the right to close the duplicate account, void any pending withdrawals from that account, and retain any bonus funds credited to it. Winnings generated using bonus funds on a duplicate account may be voided entirely.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

uudd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during a routine account review. Acceptable verification documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. uudd may also request proof of payment method ownership (for example, confirmation that a bKash or Nagad wallet is registered in your name). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals until verification is completed.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your uudd login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. uudd will never request your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify uudd's support team immediately via live chat. uudd accepts no liability for losses resulting from a player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the uudd platform — deposits and withdrawals — are processed exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). uudd does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank) may apply their own charges, which are outside uudd's control.

3.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

uudd currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on your payment method and your account's current verification status. These limits are displayed within the Deposit section of your uudd account dashboard.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your uudd balance within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on the processing times of the originating bank. uudd is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or national banking holidays observed in Bangladesh.

3.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name and matches the identity details on your uudd account. You cannot withdraw to a third-party account. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal request is processed, your account must meet the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) must be complete;
• Any active bonus funds must have satisfied their applicable wagering requirements;
• Your account must not be under review for a security, fraud, or compliance investigation;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balance is non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are met).

4. Bonus Terms

4.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a uudd account carry a wagering requirement. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager before the bonus funds (and any winnings derived from them) become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual offer terms. As a general rule, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Eligible Games

Not all games on the uudd platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute a reduced percentage or may be excluded entirely. Placing wagers on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count towards the wagering requirement and may in certain cases result in the bonus being voided.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

uudd reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting patterns designed to reduce wagering risk while clearing bonus funds, collaborating with other players to meet wagering requirements at reduced risk, and claiming bonuses using payment methods not registered in the player's own name.

4.4 Promotional Offers

Promotional offers available on the uudd Bonus page are subject to change, withdrawal, or modification at any time without prior notice. uudd may also offer time-limited promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi cultural calendar — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and Independence Day (March 26). These promotions carry their own specific terms which will be published alongside each offer.

5. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the uudd platform — including slots, live casino games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through regulated live studio feeds provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.

5.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity disruption during gameplay, the affected game round may be declared void. Where a game round is declared void, any wager placed during that round will be returned to the player's balance. uudd accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions outside its direct control, including failures at the game provider level, internet service provider disruptions, or device-side software faults.

5.2 Fair Play

Players must not use any software tool, script, bot, artificial intelligence system, or mechanical device to interact with the uudd platform in a manner not intended for normal human gameplay. The use of such tools constitutes a fair play violation. uudd employs automated detection systems to identify abnormal betting patterns, game interaction speeds, and account behaviour inconsistent with human play. Confirmed fair play violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including withdrawable funds.

5.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, kabaddi, and other sports — are governed by the specific market rules published within the Sports section of the uudd platform. In the event of a conflict between general gameplay rules and sport-specific market rules, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for that market. uudd reserves the right to void sports bets where the integrity of a match or event is brought into question by the relevant governing body.

5.4 Responsible Gameplay

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings — including deposit limits, session time alerts, loss limits, and self-exclusion — to manage their gameplay within personal boundaries. More information is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

6. Age Restriction

uudd operates a strict 18+ age policy. The platform is intended solely for adults aged 18 years and above. It is illegal for persons under the age of 18 to register an account or place wagers on the uudd platform.

uudd employs age verification procedures at multiple stages of the player journey. Players may be required to submit proof of age — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued document — before a withdrawal is processed, during a routine account review, or at any other time deemed appropriate by the uudd compliance team.

Where uudd has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If age verification confirms the player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all bonus funds will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting the cost of any losses incurred during the period of use, in accordance with applicable standards.

7. Account Closure

Players may request voluntary closure of their uudd account at any time by contacting the support team via 24/7 live chat. Before processing a voluntary closure request, uudd will confirm whether there is any pending withdrawal, active bonus, or open bet on the account. Pending withdrawals will be processed to the player's registered payment method before closure is finalised. Active bonuses will be voided upon closure.

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may use the self-exclusion tool available in Account Settings. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, access to real-money gaming is blocked and all promotional communications are suspended. Requests to reactivate a self-excluded account are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and must be submitted directly to the uudd support team — reactivation is not automatic.

7.2 Account Closure by uudd

uudd reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information;
• Registration of duplicate accounts;
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or fair play violation;
• Suspicious transaction patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Any behaviour that uudd reasonably believes places the platform, other players, or the integrity of games at risk.

Where an account is closed by uudd for a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of voided bonus funds and forfeited winnings will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

8. Dispute Resolution

uudd is committed to resolving player disputes promptly, transparently, and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to any aspect of the uudd platform — including a game outcome, a payment transaction, a bonus, or an account decision — the following process applies.

8.1 Initial Contact

In the first instance, please contact the uudd support team via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide your registered account username, a clear description of the dispute, the relevant date and time, and any supporting screenshots or transaction references. The support team will acknowledge your query and aim to provide a resolution within 48 hours for straightforward matters.

8.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the initial response from the uudd support team, you may request escalation to a senior review. Escalated disputes will be reviewed by a member of the uudd management team. uudd will provide a final written decision on escalated disputes within 7 business days of the escalation request being received.

8.3 Game Outcome Disputes

All game outcomes on the uudd platform are determined by certified RNG technology or live dealer systems operated by licensed game providers. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, uudd will request a review from the relevant game provider. The game provider's server-side logs and RNG certification records are the authoritative record for determining the correct outcome of any disputed game round.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable standards, uudd's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising from contract, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. uudd is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot legally be excluded.
